Green Power Technology has designed the Portable Hydronic Concrete Heating/Curing and Ground Thawing System; self contained and trailer mounted – Fusion 4200™ Series. It is designed as an easy to use system for ground thawing with one touch Auto Start functionality and sophisticated enough for Concrete Curing capabilities with individually temperature controlled zones.

The primary add on design feature highlights concrete curing with the use of the patent pending SmartCure™ system designed into the system which runs individual temperature controlled zones, consisting of six to eighteen 700’ zones of glycol filled 5/8” hose, Portable Hose reels along with SmartManifolds™ are used to expand the system for larger cures of up to 25,200 sq. ft. (total square footage depends on application type).

The SmartCure System™ utilizes remote wireless temperature sensors placed in the concrete which transmit individual zone area temperatures back to the unit so the SmartCure System™ can regulate the temperature throughout the concrete via each zone. Reports available online are made accessible to any governing authority.

An onboard FailSafe Power™ Genset option can be used to power the system and/or as emergency backup- Should shore power go down the Genset will automatically fire and then notify the responsible party via text that FailSafe Power had been activated. With this system the loss of shore power will not affect a Thaw or Cure job.
