This unit is a site ready portable hydronic
heating system with multi-task capabilities.
It’s equipped with undercarriage slots for crane
or fork placement, and it’s light enough to be
towed by a pickup. A powerhouse priced for
job site performance.

Choose the heat control you need
Thawing is controlled by fluid temperature from
the supply side and the system can also cure
concrete by controlling the fluid temperature
from the return side of the unit.

Removable, Remote Manifolds

The Fusion 300’s transportable
manifolds (standard equipment)
when removed from the
enclosure can be positioned
in your layout as a remote
manifold. They are compact in
design and easily handled by one
person. If needed, there is
a self contained (optional)
extension hose stored in the
tool-box. It allows for mobility
in hard to reach places without
stretching your linear layout.

One Switch Start

Electronic sequenced with one switch
that auto fills system, auto bleeds both
fuel and propylene glycol, auto
pressurizes entire system, and auto
fires boilers to ensure easy and
reliable field operation.

Low Pressure Closed Loop System

Designed by Green Power technology the FUSION 300 FLEX-TEMP
is the ultimate machine for thawing and concrete curing. It has
been engineered to move heated fluid vertically or sideways on
bridge columns, decks or other complex applications.

Two centrifugal type pumps and an added air separator are built
into the closed loop system. This combination eliminates cavitation
issues caused by kinked hoses or air bubbles from coupler
connection points. The Fusion 300’s low pressure system and
active cut off keeps oxygen out thereby increasing the system’s
pumping and heating efficiency.

It’s continuous operation actually means less maintenance.
The closed loop system and designed technology makes The
Fusion 300 Flex-Temp one of the most dependable pieces of
equipment on the job keeping workers safe and assigned to
the task at hand.
