All in one portable workhorse
This one touch start machine is a site ready Portable Hydronic Heating System with multi-task capabilities. It has undercarriage slots for crane or fork placement, and its light enough to be towed by a pickup. A powerhouse priced for job site performance.
Low Pressure Closed Loop System
This design is engineered to move heated fluid vertically or sideways on bridge columns, decks or other complex applications without the need for external reservoir tanks. Two centrifugal type pumps and an added air separator are built into the closed loop system, this combination eliminates cavitations issues caused by kinked hoses, or air bubbles from coupler connection points. This low pressure system and active cut off keeps oxygen out, thereby increasing the system’s pumping and heating efficiency.
Multi Zone System
6- 700 ft. loops of heavy duty Hydronic hose provides 8,400 sq. ft. thawing area with a 2 ft. on center layout. The use of multiple zones creates higher return temps, providing a faster and more effective thaw. Fewer zones can be used for smaller jobs which maximizes fuel savings.
One touch Start
Electronic sequenced with one switch; auto fills the system, bleeds both fuel and propylene glycol, pressurizes entire system and fires heaters.
High Efficiency boilers
The Fusion 4200 is equipped with dual boilers for added dependability.

Removable Manifolds
Transportable manifolds can be removed from the enclosure and strategically positioned in the layout or for hard to reach areas. They are compact in design and easily handled by one person. Extension hose can be stored on board.
Work duty hose reel
Motor and gearbox technology utilize electronic braking, freewheeling capability, two speeds forward and backwards for soft start/stop control during hose layout and take-up.
Auto Mix Valve System (AVMS) (option available in Fusion C Series)
The Automated Mix Valve System (AVMS) is used to control the overall temperature of all the Zones. The desired return temperature is selected at start up. The supply temperature will automatically adjust to maintain the desired return temp.
For example, if the pour is done in warmer day time temperatures and as there is a drop in night time ambient temperature, the AVMS will automatically adjust the supply fluid temperature to maintain the desired return fluid temperature. If fluid temperature drops below the selected setting the Sat/Com system will provide an alarm notification via text.
Auto Start FailSafe™ Genset (optional)
The Genset backs-up 110 plug-in power when disrupted or can be used as a standalone power supply.

Sat/Com GPS System (optional)
The Sat/Com GPS System is available in all the Fusion C series equipment.
Via Text Message, notifications are sent for low temperature and low Fuel. Many different users may be notified; even the fuel company for notification for refueling. With the GPS the owner can track their equipment.
