Pennsylvania Fracture Drilling

Fracture drilling of the Marcellus Shale gas field is quite challenging in the winter’s sub zero climate. With the use of the Fusion Hydronic heat system as well as the ID 1000 indirect fired air heat system, pipes and tanks are kept at just the right temperature for optimum operation. This is accomplished with the Fusion’s Auto Mix Valve System (AMVS), which is set to stay at a certain temp no matter what the ambient temperature change is. The Fusions also are equipped with a Satellite communications system for assurance of equipment functionality via monitoring.

Wind Towers

The Fusion equipments ability to thaw, cure and space heat is invaluable in the freezing wind swept plains of a South Dakota winter

“We were able to thaw ground and temperature control the cure of grout around the wind tower while heating the inside with a Hydronic heat exchanger. No other equipment can multi task like the Fusion.
